About The Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Sr. MS Exchange Administrator to join us.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Exchange Online, including resolving complex messaging system issues and managing vendor case interactions.
- Research, recommend, and implement cutting-edge email security solutions to enhance system performance and safeguard enterprise messaging infrastructure.
- Develop advanced PowerShell and other approved scripts to automate complex tasks and ensure efficient messaging system administration.
- Act as a primary liaison with vendors and other OCIO technical experts for enterprise email and messaging system issues, ensuring swift problem resolution.
- Administer and maintain infrastructure components, including identity integration with Active Directory and mobile device systems, ensuring alignment with CDC’s security and operational standards.
- Lead the integration of messaging systems with CDC’s enterprise collaboration tools and oversee compliance with organizational security and operational policies.
- Maintain comprehensive security documentation and configuration records, ensuring alignment with current messaging technologies and organizational requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level administrators, fostering knowledge sharing and team development.
Qualifications
- Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field. 5-7 Years of experience
- Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
