About the role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on client needs and deadlines
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of legal matters
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other correspondence
  • Stay up-to-date with legal developments and trends relevant to your area of expertise
  • Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of legal research tools and databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as needed
