About the role

Job Description Workshop is looking for a driven Mid-Market Account Executive (AE) to help us grow our new business revenue. We are on pace to substantially grow this year, but need motivated and determined sales professionals to reach our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-5 years selling experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of Workshop to prospects based on the prospects needs and priorities
  • Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches
  • Met or exceed your monthly quota
  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends
  • Developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records for contact and deal management
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • Handling objections and negotiations

Requirements

  • Have some relevant work experience OR Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Showcasing comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
  • Managing multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
  • Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding client needs and handling the negotiation process
  • Juggling lots of tasks while maintaining focus on goals

  • Previous experience with CRM software
  • Previous experience with B2B selling in software or technology
  • Loving fast-paced work environments
