Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Conducting initial assessments, resolving customer issues, and escalating complex cases as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues independently using knowledge base, CRM tools, and internal resources.
- Escalate difficult or complex cases to supervisors or technical support teams.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
