Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Conducting initial assessments, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions using product knowledge and CRM tools.
- Evaluate customer needs and escalate cases to supervisors or technical support teams when required.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track tickets, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends to enhance customer service delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
