Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center operations or related field.
- Experience with workflow automation tools and AI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with CRM systems and UC integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and services.
Skills
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
