Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through self-generated prospecting, targeted account outreach, referrals, partners, and marketing-supported opportunities.
- Acquire net-new customers in the $0–$20 million revenue segment within an assigned Consumer Services territory.
- Conduct consultative discovery to uncover challenges related to financial visibility, reporting, operational control, scalability, compliance, billing, scheduling, job costing, and disconnected systems.
- Develop compelling business cases that quantify the impact of manual processes, weak reporting, operational inefficiencies, and outdated technology.
- Engage and influence multiple stakeholders, including CFOs, Controllers, COOs, Executive Directors, founders, owners, IT leaders, and operations executives.
- Create account plans, multi-thread opportunities, establish mutual action plans, and maintain clear next steps throughout the sales cycle.

- Develop industry knowledge across Nonprofits, Financial Services, Real Estate, Cleaning and Repair Services, Field Services, and adjacent Consumer Services markets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, cloud software, ERP, financial management, CRM, fintech, or vertical business applications.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing net-new business.
- Clear personal ownership of pipeline creation, prospecting activity, and closed revenue.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Experience managing a complete sales cycle in a mid-market or emerging-market environment.
- Ability to sell to finance, operations, executive, owner/operator, or mission-driven leadership buyers.
- Strong consultative discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate business value rather than relying only on product features.
- Strong forecasting discipline, organization, and next-step control.
- Executive-level communication skills and the ability to simplify complex business problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling ERP, accounting, financial management, CRM, PSA, field service, property management, fundraising, fund accounting, fintech, or another operational platform.
- Experience selling into Nonprofits, Financial Services, Real Estate, Cleaning and Repair Services, Field Services, or adjacent Consumer Services industries.
- Familiarity with business challenges such as financial close, reporting, billing, grants, compliance, audit readiness, scheduling, dispatch, job costing, multi-entity growth, and operational visibility.
- Experience selling implementation-linked software that requires customers to change or improve business processes.
- A track record of successfully ramping into a new product, industry, or market segment.
- Experience using structured qualification, account planning, and mutual action plans.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently create qualified pipeline rather than relying primarily on inbound opportunities.
- Clearly articulate quota performance, pipeline sources, average deal size, sales cycle, buyer personas, and personal contribution.
- Connect industry-specific pain to broader financial and operational business outcomes.
- Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and engage executive decision-makers.
- Maintain strong forecast accuracy and deal hygiene.
- Secure clear, mutual next steps throughout the sales process.
