Mid-Level Transactional Energy Attorney

About the role

Latitude is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of experience in commercial contracting in energy, construction and/or heavy industry to join our Midtown-based client. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and work with a strong, established team.

Basic Requirements

• 4+ years of law firm experience with an Am Law, leading regional or boutique firm
• Demonstrated experience in commercial construction transactions and/or commercial contracting for power, energy and/or industrial clients
• Experience drafting, reviewing, red-lining and negotiating agreements and managing RFP processes
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia
• Outstanding professional references
