Summary
Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand requirements and drive candidate search strategy to deliver qualified candidate slates
Execute search strategies across all candidate channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Employee Referral Campaigns, and direct sourcing
Conduct thorough screens to assess candidate fit while providing a realistic job preview
Present candidate recommendations to hiring leaders and client-facing recruiters to kick off the formal interview process
Act as a trusted SME regarding competitor and market dynamics relative to assigned positions
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner closely with client-facing recruiters and hiring leaders to deeply understand requirements of the role, the skillset function, and how it fits into the organization
- Execute search strategies across all candidate channels: Applicants, Employee Referral Campaigns, and direct search via LinkedIn Recruiter and other social sites
- Find and engage active and passive candidates using Samsung.com/Careers and LinkedIn Recruiter as well as additional tools as required
- Conduct thorough screens to assess candidate fit for role while providing a realistic job preview to candidates
- Present and make candidate recommendations to the hiring leaders and client-facing recruiters; provide a seamless transition from sourcer to recruiter
- Act as a trusted SME regarding competitor and market dynamics relative to positions assigned
- Accountable for reporting and administrative functions related to the role (candidate slate reports, job description editing, candidate presentations, etc.)
- Conduct all recruiting assignments and activities in compliance with company policies and government regulations
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in a staffing agency environment or corporate HR recruiting function
- Successful track record of delivering qualified and vetted candidates by aligning them to position requirements
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, related government regulations, and industry best practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive and confidential data
- Computer skills with Microsoft business applications, staffing software packages, HRIS systems; Workday and Excel preferred
- Sense of urgency; self-driven and takes initiative; works with an accelerated sense of urgency
- Creative and flexible: ability to pivot with change and creatively problem solve
