Mid-Level Real Estate Associate
Hirschler, a dynamic, multispecialty law firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an experienced associate to join our growing Commercial Real Estate Practice.
About the Role
As a member of our Commercial Real Estate Practice, you will work closely with clients and colleagues on a broad range of transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, financing, and zoning and land use matters. You will have immediate opportunities for client contact and meaningful responsibility, including involvement in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, development-related agreements and loan documents, and handling related diligence efforts such as title and survey reviews.
Requirements
- Experience working in real estate law with a focus on commercial transactions
- Admission to practice in Virginia
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
