Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician

We’re looking for Paintless Dent Repair Technicians to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.

About the role

As a Mid-Level PDR Technician, you’ll be expected to have experience accessing panels, using glue-pulling techniques, and repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You’ll work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers with state-of-the-art tools.

If you’re joining us in an entry-level position, we offer training programs to ensure your skills and pay progress along with the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum vehicle panels
• Use glue-pulling techniques for dent removal
• Access vehicle panels efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience (for Mid-Level positions)
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license; some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment, including face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
