About the role

Global Dimensions is a HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We support critical national security missions through expertise in language and culture, training and education, information technology, cybersecurity, and intelligence operations. We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Missiles C4I Analyst to support a mission in Quantico, Virginia.

Responsibilities

  • Congducts all-source intelligence analysis focused on adversary kill webs, missile systems, C4I architecture, and targeting processes.
  • Develops comprehensive intelligence assessments and products that support operational planning, threat assessments, and decision-making across the Marine Corps and Intelligence Community.
  • Conduct daily all-source intelligence research and analysis of adversary kill webs, including: Sensors, Communications architecture, Command and control (C2) systems, Targeting processes, Missile and weapon systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilités.
  • Analyze adversary kinetic and non-kinetic weapon systems to assess threats to U.S. Marine Corps operations and equities.
  • Integrate intelligence from multiple classified and open sources into comprehensive analytical assessments.
  • Produce high-quality written and graphic intelligence products, including: Kill web assessments, Sensor-to-shooter timelines, Threat assessments, Intelligence reports, Briefings and visual presentations.
  • Identify intelligence gaps related to adversary capabilities and coordinate collection, research, and production efforts to address identified deficiencies.
  • Produce timely, accurate, and relevant intelligence products in accordance with Branch production plans and ad hoc Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of adversary C4I systems, ISR capabilities, targeting methodologies, and missile employment concepts.
  • Analyze adversary decision-making processes, targeting cycles, information flow, and command relationships to identify operational vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with intelligence analysts, collection managers, and subject matter experts across the Intelligence Community to enhance analytical products and support mission requirements.
  • Present analytical findings and brief senior military and government leadership as required.
  • Apply structured analytic techniques and intelligence tradecraft to develop objective, evidence-based assessments.
  • Support additional intelligence production and analytical requirements as assigned.

Requirements

  • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Engineering, National Security, or another related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Minimum 8 years of intelligence analysis experience related to missile systems, C4I, all-source analysis, or a closely related intelligence discipline, with relevant experience obtained within the past two years.
  • Extensive knowledge of adversary missile systems, command and control architecture, kill chains, and targeting processes.
  • Strong understanding of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations and multi-source intelligence integration.
  • Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis in support of military or national security operations.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret incomplete, highly technical, and complex intelligence information to produce actionable assessments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience producing intelligence reports and briefing senior leadership.
  • Ability to independently manage analytical tasks with minimal supervision while meeting mission deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating across the Intelligence Community to support intelligence collection, information sharing, and analytical production.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear, comprehensive, and well-supported defense intelligence products.
  • Experience leading or mentoring analytical efforts involving complex intelligence challenges and applying structured analytic methodologies to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the U.S. Marine Corps, Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community.
  • Knowledge of adversary integrated air defense systems (IADS), missile employment doctrine, or advanced weapons systems.
  • Experience analyzing kill chains, targeting cycles, or command and control networks.
  • Familiarity with intelligence production tools, visualization software, and military planning processes.
  • Experience briefing operational commanders or senior government officials.
