Overview Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level C4ISR Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. Multiple openings are available. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers. Responsibilities Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologiesResearch, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIsProduce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processesIdentify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close themSupport Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutionsProduce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS processAssess foreign military C4 and ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities using all-source methodsAnalyze foreign exercises and operations to identify C4ISR TTPs, doctrine, readiness, integration, and compatibility issuesAnalyze C4ISR assets including disposition, movements, sensors, architecture, networks, nodes, targeting, survivability, and denial and deception tacticsAnalyze signals and emitters using ELINT data sources, tools, and techniquesAssess foreign early warning capabilities to detect and react to U.S. maritime, ground, and air activity, including temporal analysisMonitor C4ISR acquisition and modernization trends using SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT and assess impacts on U.S. operationsConduct all-source production on foreign naval air, surface, undersea, and naval infantry C4ISR capabilities Streamline Defense is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business supporting defense and intelligence customers. Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearanceDemonstrated experience analyzing foreign C4ISR systems, networks, sensors, or early warning capabilities8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 yearsBachelor's degree in a related fieldDemonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC Desired Qualifications ELINT or SIGINT analytic backgroundExperience supporting acquisition threat products (VOLTs, CIPs)
