Drive marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention for Samsung's mobile experience offerings

Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Samsung Care+ services

Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and creative services teams

Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Samsung Care+ services, focusing on customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing and creative services, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing efforts
  • Partner with MX Marketing to manage and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email
  • Optimize product performance by aligning brand strategy with retail channel execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve business objectives

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the device protection, technology or mobile industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Samsung products and services (preferred)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Business analysis capabilities
  • Experience with product roadmapping
