Mid-Level Litigation Associate — Employment Litigation & Counseling

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to handle employment and labor law disputes, represent clients before courts and tribunals, and provide legal advisory services on employment-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment and labor litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, notices, petitions, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and labor authorities.
• Advise clients on employment law compliance and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on litigation strategy.

Requirements

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 3-6 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
• Experience handling labor disputes and employment-related cases.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to industrial disputes.
• Experience appearing before labor courts and tribunals.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
