Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Advise clients on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and risk management
• Represent clients before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and memoranda
• Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategy
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in employment litigation
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
