Interest in other Dinsmore office locations will be considered. Responsibilities
- Trademarks and copyrights clearance
- Prosecution
- Transactional work
- Trademark and copyright litigation experience (bonus)
- IP litigation experience considered
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in trademarks and copyrights clearance, prosecution and transactional work
- Licensed to practice in the state of practice
- Strong academic background
