Mid-Level IP Trademark Associate

About the role

Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a mid-level trademark and copyright Associate in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Tampa, FL; and Lexington and Louisville, KY. Interest in other Dinsmore office locations will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Trademark and copyright clearance
• Prosecution and transactional work
• Trademark and copyright litigation experience (a bonus)
• IP litigation experience (will be considered)

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in trademarks and copyrights
• Licensed to practice in their state of practice
• Strong academic background
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
