Engineering$75k–$115k/yrFull-time

At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.

About the role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Environmental Engineer/Geologist/Scientist to continue their career at Jacobs – where we’ll empower you to learn and grow in the delivery of environmental site characterization and remediation projects for government and global private-sector clients. You’ll learn from other experienced staff who are ready to mentor you, and you’ll pass your knowledge on to others. You’ll gain valuable experience in soil and groundwater sampling as well as drilling and subcontractor oversight, spending about 50% of your time in the field. You’ll balance your field work with some time spent in the office evaluating and reviewing data, writing reports and preparing project documents, and coordinating logistics for field activities. You’ll be juggling multiple tasks, so we’ll rely on you to prioritize effectively, keeping the big-picture in mind.
