About the role

We are searching for a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related MEP design engineering experience and will take a leadership role in the design and analysis of electrical systems. In this position, you will mentor junior-level MEP engineers while supporting proposal efforts and working on diverse projects across multiple markets and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate through various design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation

Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of related MEP experience
  • Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
  • Federal project experience will have special consideration
  • Experience mentoring and training employees
  • Proven experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and interfacing with clients
  • PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans on obtaining a PE license in the near future
  • Able to work well within a team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and produce high-quality work
  • A strong desire to learn and grow professionally
