Mid Level Corporate Finance Associate (Chicago)

About the role

The Corporate Finance Group of Holland & Knight is seeking a mid-level associate with approximately three to six years of legal experience to join its corporate finance practice in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and/or borrowers in the documentation, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions, including asset-based, real estate, and/or cash flow loans.
• Less experienced candidates (3-6 years of experience) should have general transactional experience but need not have experience representing lenders or borrowers in finance transactions.
• Demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent drafting skills, and a high level of motivation and attention to detail.
• Work closely with a collaborative and well-established team.

Requirements

• Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Active member of the Illinois Bar or ability to waive in 3+ years of Transferable Experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position in these locations is $260,000 - $390,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
