- Develop internal data protection programs, conduct privacy assessments and build out data maps, perform data protection impact assessments, draft privacy policies, negotiate data processing agreements, manage data incident response, and advise on cutting-edge or high-risk privacy issues, like AI, AdTech, health data, biometric data, and/or kids and teen data.
- Familiarity with digital advertising technology and AI-related legal and regulatory matters.
