The Simon Group is seeking a Mid-Level Collection Management and Dissemination (CM&D) Support to support a Federal Government client. This position is contingent on the contract award.

Qualifications

  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to pass a CI Poly

  • Training: Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department CI or All-Source Analysis Certifying Courses:

    • Army – 35F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
    • Army – 350F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
    • Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
    • Army – 35CI DefensiveL Course (or its predecessor)
    • Army – 351L Course (or its predecessor)
    • Army – 35E Course
    • Air Force – Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor
    • Navy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience as a CI or AllSource Analyst.

  • Understanding of Intelligence Support to counterterrorism

  • Comprehensive understanding of FIE and FTO TTPs and methodologies

  • Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.

  • *College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.

Education

  • High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Associates Degree: 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Bachelor's Degree: 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Masters Degree: 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
