Responsibilities

  • Supports the Program Management Cell by streamlining administrative workflows, managing documentation, and facilitating coordination across program stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of CMG priorities, including surge operations, and Phases 0-5 support.
  • Capable of interpreting complex or incomplete information, collaborating effectively with internal IC partners, and working independently with minimal oversight.
  • Develops concise and insightful program reports, process improvement recommendations, and briefings.
  • Ledds small teams in the research analysis, and resolution of multifaceted programmatic challenges, such as resource allocation, risk tracking, and integration with DIA mission functions.

Required Qualifications/skills

  • Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
  • Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.
  • Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution

Clearance Requirement
