Accountabilities
- Analyze operational, technical, and service performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and root causes impacting system reliability and business outcomes
- Collect, structure, and interpret data from multiple systems in collaboration with Technical Services and Software Development teams
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making and operational visibility
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop, update, and maintain technical training curricula for service teams, ensuring alignment with evolving tools and processes
- Monitor training effectiveness and continuously refine learning materials based on feedback and operational needs
- Document processes, workflows, and system requirements to support consistency and scalability
- Partner with leadership to identify and drive process improvement initiatives across CRM, service tools, and operational systems
- Collaborate with software and technical teams to ensure successful rollout of improvements and data-driven initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in business process analysis, operations, data analysis, or a similar cross-functional technical role
- Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights, reports, and recommendations
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, operational tools, and data platforms
- Experience collaborating with engineering, software, or technical services teams is a plus
- Familiarity with IoT, field services, energy systems, or similar technical environments is a plus
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
