Mid-Level APPs / OSS-BSS Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level APPs / OSS-BSS Support Engineer with experience in Oracle Communications environments, including BRM, Charging, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, and Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Solid hands-on experience in application support, production troubleshooting, monitoring, KPI analysis, documentation, maintenance support, and 24x7 on-call operations.
• Strong coordination skills to work with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix, cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to OSS/BSS, BRM core nodes, and real-time charging / billing flows is highly desirable.

Preferred Location

Preference is given to candidates based in Chile. However, candidates from the broader LAD region with the right skills and solid O&M experience in those domains may be considered.
