Job Summary
You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, develop care plans, implement care, and evaluate progress, all while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Assessment: Conduct admission and ongoing assessments, provide care, and notify doctors of changes requiring attention.
Planning: Design, direct, evaluate, and document care plans, teach patients/families, and manage discharge plans. Collaborate with other clinical disciplines to meet specialized needs.
Implementation: Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic studies, ensure safety, and follow medication and protocol guidelines.
Evaluation: Reassess patients regularly, notify doctors as needed, and adjust care based on patient needs.
Report Skills: Give and receive bedside shift reports, ensuring continuity of patient care.
Required
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- One (1) year of RN experience, upon hire
- Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months of hire

Pay Range
$35.45 - $55.36 /hour
