Responsibilities

  • Work with and assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments.
  • Provide guidance, education, and adherence for best practices, risk mitigation, and other technical support.
  • Act as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support, and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management.
  • Support Microsoft Teams telephony and architecture, including SBC configuration, PSTN architecture, tenant restrictions, and QoS.
  • Assess Microsoft Teams health checks of existing solutions and provide best practice recommendations.
  • Implement and troubleshoot services of Microsoft Teams, including PowerShell scripting and deep troubleshooting skills.
  • Design and implement services of Microsoft Teams, and deploy Microsoft Teams solutions.
  • Assist customers in managing changes, releases, performance, and availability in Teams environments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience supporting UC communication solutions for Microsoft Teams.
  • In-depth experience with MS Teams telephony and architecture.
  • 5+ years experience with voice, video, meeting solutions, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
  • Experience with CQD QBR analysis, Intune, and firewall knowledge related to Teams.
  • Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management.
  • 5+ years experience in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
