Mandate: One State project; any one Microsoft certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing application maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting issues and performing routine updates.
- Complete assigned development or configuration work according to project requirements and timelines.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and technical findings to management and other team members in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal staff to ensure smooth integration of tasks and handoffs.
- Meet with customers to gather requirements, answer questions, and help ensure their delivered product operates smoothly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of changes, fixes, and enhancements for future reference and team continuity.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience (not less than 10)

- Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development including deploying solutions to environments
- Microsoft Power Automate for creating workflows across M365 and integrating with other systems
- Microsoft Power Apps
- SharePoint
- Microsoft 365
