About the Role

Ashling Partners is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer / Consultant to design, deploy, and support enterprise applications, workflow automation, custom integrations, and emerging AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure. Candidates need a strong Power Platform foundation and high learning agility to pick up UiPath quickly. Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in computer science/engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience developing with Power Apps (canvas, model-driven, custom pages), Power Automate (cloud/desktop flows), and Dataverse
  • Integrations & Logic: Experience with REST APIs, JSON, custom connectors, SQL, M365, and Power Fx formulas.
  • DevOps & Engineering: Proficiency with Git (branching, pull requests), source control, Azure DevOps, and structured release processes.
  • Programming Languages: Experience with C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Power Fx.
  • Client Engagement: Strong communication and professionalism for client-facing discovery, design, and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Copilot Studio & Agentic AI: Hands-on with prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, or multi-agent architectures.
  • Enterprise & Azure: Experience with PCF controls, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or API Management.
  • UiPath / RPA: Direct UiPath experience or cross-platform integrations (keen learners of UiPath are encouraged to apply).
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified (Power Platform, AI Agent Builder, Azure Developer) or UiPath Certified.
