BT- 445 – Microsoft Identity Management Expert Skill Level- Subject Matter Expert Location – Laurel, MD Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.** This Systems Administrator would need to be an expert in Microsoft Identity Management to support ongoing operations and maintenance, as well as a proactive approach to access governance as the Sponsor prepares to modernize the IAM landscape and transition to a next-generation platform. *This position requires an FSP with a polygraph performed within the past six years. If your candidate does not meet the "six-year" requirement, they will not be considered.* Required Skills Demonstrates experience with MIM architecture and operations.Demonstrates experience with routine operating system and database patching and maintenance.Demonstrates experience application patching and upgrades.Demonstrated experience in Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, and/or Group Policy.Demonstrates experience in Windows Server Infrastructure such as Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, and Group Policy.Demonstrates experience providing Tier 2-3 support to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve synchronization failures and user access issues escalated from the service desk.Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for data validation.Demonstrates hands-on experience scripting SQL queries.Demonstrates hands-on experience using PowerShellDemonstrates experience with C# and the .NET framework to read, debug, and occasionally modify rule extensions.Demonstrates experience auditing, syncing, and cleaning identity data across disparate data tables to maintain data integrity, consistency, and flow.Demonstrates experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Desired Skills Demonstrates experience administering Microsoft Exchange Subscription Edition and deep familiarity with the Windows OS framework.Demonstrates experience with identity management tools such as MS Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), PowerSyncPro, SailPoint, or Saviynt.Demonstrates ability to wear multiple hats while investigating and resolving critical infrastructure issues across MIM and MS Exchange.Demonstrates experience with SQL, including advanced querying, optimization, and building databases.Demonstrates experience with the client.
