About the role

The Technology Consulting Solution is seeking a Managing Director to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business opportunities in the marketplace and lead within our organization and the business community
  • Ensure client satisfaction and that each engagement project meets Protiviti’s standards of quality
  • Develop lasting relationships within the business community and be respected for your areas of expertise
  • Drive sales opportunities and consistently develop work at existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with other leaders to develop client strategies supporting current projects and longer-term business strategy
  • Continually improve technical and risk management approaches based on business trends and technical advances
  • Discover new opportunities with current and potential clients through thought leadership, proposal writing, and client interactions
  • Design and develop thought leadership materials to share with colleagues and your network
  • Promote Protiviti’s mission, vision, and values, encouraging collaboration across teams for effective execution
  • Create extraordinary development opportunities for your team to make an impact on clients and communities
  • Architect and lead multiple implementations of D365 for Finance and Supply Chain
  • Evaluate and estimate efforts to implement D365 for Finance and Supply Chain
  • Work with Microsoft organization leaders and field sales teams to drive collaborative opportunity qualification and deal lifecycle management
  • Leverage Microsoft funding options to support financial models and estimates for client engagements
  • Implement organization change management capabilities as part of overall implementation
  • Supervise teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers, Associate Directors, and Directors
  • Build and leverage global teams for client delivery, including offshore capabilities
  • Manage all financial and risk management aspects of client engagements
  • Oversee multiple engagements and work streams with various clients
  • Network, build relationships, identify opportunities, and establish and track a sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Techno-Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain
  • Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and ISVs typically implemented as part of a comprehensive business transformation solution (e.g., Treasury, Service Management, Subscription Billing, Quality, AP Automation, OCR)
  • Experience with Microsoft Sure Step methodology
  • Experience with Agile implementation methodologies
  • Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, PowerApps, and Power Automate
  • Knowledge of data migration and cleansing techniques
  • Experience with Microsoft’s Common Data Service and Common Data Model
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with willingness to present on functional or technical topics to broad audiences
  • Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries
  • Supervisory experience of teams at various levels
  • Experience with Microsoft IDEA methodologies
  • Experience with design thinking concepts and advanced project management and status reporting capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple engagements and work streams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS or equivalent preferred)
  • 20+ years working in a related field; preferably in professional services and/or industry
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CISM, or Microsoft Certifications are strongly preferred

It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment, requiring availability to work from various locations including the home office, client sites, or remotely.

Schedule
