Main Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering sessions to identify opportunities, and implement solutions to improve system acceptance, use, efficiency, and effectiveness in Dynamics and champion those changes.
• Translate business requirements into an appropriate D365 solution (entities, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards).
• Provide guidance on alternative process approaches that would leverage a configured versus customized D365 application solution.
• Organizes workshops and proof of concepts in D365 to illustrate solution design.

Development and Technical Collaboration

• Work with other technical team members to provide ongoing direction and support of Dynamics 365 platform including troubleshooting, bug resolution, architecture, development best practices and guidance to drive an emphasis on configured solutions to achieve business requirements.
• Evaluate new functionality and features and manage system upgrades and deployment.
• Develop and deployment surrounding D365, PowerBI, Azure Power Apps, Power Automate, and similar applications. Including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
