Responsibilities

  • Support analysis and design sessions to gather functional and technical requirements across various business areas.
  • Aid in client CRM projects by participating in assigned phases or workstreams, including sales, planning, design, implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support.
  • Translate business requirements into documented functional and technical specifications, user stories, and configuration designs for assigned solution components.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and related applications, including creation and execution of test scripts and support of user acceptance testing in coordination with project leadership.
  • Demonstrate completed functionality to internal team members and clients, and support end-user training and documentation for implemented features with review and support from senior team members.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with internal and client stakeholders, escalating risks, scope concerns, and timeline issues to project leadership as needed.
  • Mentor Consultant I team members through knowledge sharing and day-to-day guidance, supporting their technical and professional development.
  • Provide urgent on-site or remote support when critical issues arise, coordinated with project leadership.
  • Support business development efforts through scoping, configuring, and demonstrating the CRM solution and other marketing efforts through events, webinars, whitepapers, and blogging.
  • Aid in the development of work plans, proposals, and engagement letters in preparation of client projects.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience with software implementations, defining business requirements, business process management, and client relationship management.
  • 2+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Solid understanding of logical data modeling.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with disciplined rigor and following proven methodologies.
  • Strong desire to help clients maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing the Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM product suite, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing.
  • Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio concepts.
  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM certifications.
  • Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Economics, or other related field of study.
