About the role

We are seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) Functional Consultants to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of D365 solutions to join our CGI team!

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead and support end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Serve as a functional subject matter expert for the Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Sourcing modules in D365
  • Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional design documents (FDDs)
  • Configure D365 F&SCM modules in alignment with business needs and Microsoft best practices
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to support customizations, integrations, and data migrations
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case creation, defect triage, and resolution
  • Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • Provide post-go-live support and recommend continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on system capabilities and process optimization

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant
  • Hands-on experience with the Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Sourcing D365 F&SCM modules
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional dependencies
  • Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations
  • Prominent ability to translate complex business requirements into functional system designs
  • Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
  • MICROSOFT certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven presentation and demonstration capabilities

Desired Qualifications/non-essential Skills

  • MICROSOFT Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance, Supply Chain, or related)
  • Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting (Power BI is a plus)
  • Consulting background or client-facing experience
  • Industry experience (e.g., manufacturing, retail, public sector, energy, financial services)
  • Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, or global implementations
