Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

About the Role
Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of ERP consulting, implementation, and support experience. The role requires strong functional expertise across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and business process analysis, with hands-on involvement in requirements, configuration, testing, training, and delivery support.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Configure Finance, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse modules.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and requirement specifications.
- Coordinate customizations, integrations, data migration, SIT, UAT, and go-live support.
- Deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation issue support.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
- Expertise in Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, and process mapping.
- Experience in requirements, solution design, UAT, training, and documentation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
