Role Description
Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 -Tech lead
Experience: Total 12+ years of hands-on experience in 8+ years on Dynamics CRM
- Project activities: Requirement Gathering and Gap Fit Analysis, Solution Design and Configurations
- Integrations: with other enterprise systems like ERP, LOB on premise and online systems, MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration and AD Synchronization, Data Migration using Scribe/SSIS or similar tools
- Extending Dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources
- Data Security Model
- CRM Reports: creation of OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM
- CRM Configuration and Customization: configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST)
- Dynamics CRM Technical Aspects: Java-scripting, Installation
- CRM Entities, Workflows, Configurations, Customization Development, Integrations Development
- Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality
- .NET Technology: WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server
- Deployment Aspects: Experience integrating CRM using web services (rest/soap) and messaging (NServiceBus)
- CRM Development: Writing Plug Ins, Workflow, business process flows and custom scripts
- Best Practices and Guidelines for Design and Development in CRM 2013/2015
- Agile Development
- Communication and Articulation Skills
