About the role
Lead ERP solutions for clients using Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing on Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Product Information Management.
Responsibilities
- Business analysis and functional requirement gathering for D365 processes.
- Design and supervise application and process architectures.
- Plan and execute data conversion activities.
- Provide key user training and post-go-live support.
- Supervise application build, test, and deployment processes.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and engagement.
- Research, evaluate, and implement existing applications and customized solutions.
- Analyze risks and issues for the project portfolio.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and present to senior leadership.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Requirement Gathering, and Process Mapping on Dynamics 365 F&O.
Qualifications
- Experience with D365 Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Product Information Management.
- Strong supervisory and training skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to lead complex projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
