We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section only when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. Benefits section only if posting actually states them. The posting includes "Our Benefits: ..." and mentions flexible work environment with predictable, project-based travel (25%-50%). Also mentions "Competitive compensation with performance incentives." Also includes wage range: $135,800 - $286,400 per year. So we have Pay info. Benefits: they mention "Our Benefits: Your exceptional people experience starts here... comprehensive total rewards package." Also mention "Supportive leadership...", "Access to diverse and challenging client environments.", "Opportunity to shape direction of D365 practice.", "Access to diverse and challenging client environments.", "Supportive leadership that values initiative and thought leadership." Also "Competitive compensation with performance incentives." Also "Strong investment in your development (certification support, training, conferences, thought leadership opportunities)." Also "Collaborative culture that values quality, innovation, and balanced workloads." Also "Flexible work environment with predictable, project-based travel (25%–50%)." Also "High-impact role with direct influence on solution strategy and client outcomes." Also "Rapidly growing D365 Finance practice backed by a nationally recognized consulting brand." Also "Clear advancement path into Solution Architect, Industry Lead, or Practice Leadership roles." Also "We appreciate talent from all over the United States and are willing to consider candidates who may not be located near a Crowe office location for this role/opening!" Also "We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship." Also "We expect all of our people to act ethically and with integrity at all times." Also "In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire." Also "Crowe is not sponsoring for work authorization at this time." Also "The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors..." Also "At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case." Also "A reasonable estimate of the current range is $135,800.00 - $286,400.00 per year." Also "The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled." Also "Our Benefits: Your exceptional people experience starts here. At Crowe, we know that great people are what makes a great firm. We care about our people and offer employees a comprehensive total rewards package. Learn more about what working at Crowe can mean for you! How You Can Grow: We will nurture your talent in an inclusive culture that values diversity. You will have the chance to meet on a consistent basis with your Career Coach that will guide you in your career goals and aspirations. Learn more about where talent can prosper! More about Crowe: ..." Then a bunch of boilerplate about EEO etc. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should strip out the long EEO paragraph, the "Crowe is not sponsoring for work authorization at this time." maybe that's legal but it's about work authorization; might be considered boilerplate? It's a statement about sponsorship; could be considered relevant? It's about work authorization, maybe keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The work authorization statement is legal; likely remove. Also the paragraph about verifying identity etc is legal; remove. Also the paragraph about Crowe not sponsoring for work authorization is legal; remove. Also the paragraph about wage range details maybe keep as Pay section. The paragraph about "Our Benefits:" we keep as Benefits. The paragraph about "How You Can Grow:" maybe part of Benefits or separate? Could be under Benefits or maybe under "Development". Since we only have headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc. We could include Benefits section covering benefits, development, culture, flexible work, etc. The Schedule section: we have flexible work environment with predictable, project-based travel (25%-50%). That's schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section with that bullet. Also maybe mention remote? Not explicit. So schedule: flexible work environment with predictable, project-based travel (25%-50%). Also maybe mention "We appreciate talent from all over the United States and are willing to consider candidates who may not be located near a Crowe office location for this role/opening!" That's location flexibility, could be schedule/remote. Could include in Schedule. Now we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. About the role: we have a paragraph "About The Role Crowe’s Consulting Manufacturing & Distribution practice is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Implementation Architect to help shape the future of our D365 practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead solution architecture, influence major transformation initiatives, and work directly with finance and operations leaders across manufacturing and distribution organizations. If you want meaningful impact, autonomy, and a clear path to practice leadership, this is a strategic career opportunity—not just another consulting role." That's substantive. Responsibilities: we have "What You Will Lead And Influence" bullet list: Architect and lead end-to-end D365 Finance solutions..., Advise senior stakeholders..., Set solution direction..., Lead functional design..., Participate in quality reviews..., Contribute to Crowe’s methodologies..., Engage in team-building..., etc. Those are responsibilities. Requirements: "Experience That Makes You Successful (Must-Have)" list: 8+ years..., Proven track record..., Strong functional expertise..., Ability to Architect..., Excellent communication..., Demonstrated ability..., Experience in Manufacturing..., Strong functional expertise across operational modules..., Experience with complementary ISV solutions..., D365 certifications..., Prior consulting experience... That's requirements. Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we could treat qualifications as certifications etc. However we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. We could put certifications under Qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. The posting includes "D365 certifications in Finance or related modules; CPA, CMA, or CFA a plus." That could be qualifications. Also "Prior consulting experience within a professional services environment." Could be requirement. We'll split: Requirements: experience, track record, functional expertise, ability to architect, communication, managing priorities, manufacturing experience, operational modules expertise, ISV experience. Qualifications: D365 certifications, CPA/CMA/CFA plus, prior consulting experience. Skills: maybe "Strong functional expertise across core finance and operational modules", "Excellent communication skills", "Ability to Architect the solution", "Demonstrated ability to manage priorities", etc. But we already used those. Could create Skills section for soft skills: communication, critical thinking, growth mindset, etc. The posting earlier mentions "Success in this role comes from a growth mindset, strong communication skills, advanced critical thinking, and the ability to navigate new challenges with confidence." Also "curious, adaptable, eager to learn." Also "think critically, use technology to solve real business problems." So we can put Skills. Benefits: we have "Our Benefits: ..." plus "Strong investment in your development (certification support, training, conferences, thought leadership opportunities)." plus "Collaborative culture that values quality, innovation, and balanced workloads." plus "Competitive compensation with performance incentives." plus "Flexible work environment with predictable, project-based travel (25%–50%)." plus "Opportunity to shape the direction of the D365 practice." plus "Access to diverse and challenging client environments." plus "Supportive leadership that values initiative and thought leadership." plus "High-impact role with direct influence on solution strategy and client outcomes." plus "Rapidly growing D365 Finance practice backed by a nationally recognized consulting brand." plus "Clear advancement path into Solution Architect, Industry Lead, or Practice Leadership roles." plus "We appreciate talent from all over the United States and are willing to consider candidates who may not be located near a Crowe office location for this role/opening!" plus maybe "We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship." That's more culture. Pay: we have wage range $135,800 - $286,400 per year. Also mention "Competitive compensation with performance incentives." but that's more benefits. We'll put Pay section with the range. Schedule: we have flexible work environment with predictable, project-based travel (25%-50%). Also location flexibility. We'll put Schedule. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. No extra markup. We must not include any headings that are empty or filler. Ensure we only include sections with real content. Let's craft:
