Key Responsibilities and Skills
Teaching and enablement: Designing and delivering hands-on training on generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Gemini, Looker ML) for mixed audiences.
Early-stage, forward-deployed work: Partnering with business and technical teams to prototype AI solutions using Copilot, agents, or similar frontier tools.
Product incubation: Leading ideation, rapid prototyping, and iterative validation of new AI-enabled products or capabilities.
Emphasis on product thinking, enablement, experimentation, and applied use of frontier AI platforms, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies and the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
