About the role

The role supports senior leadership and customer-facing teams aligned to the Microsoft account. It offers an exciting opportunity for an organized, proactive professional with extensive executive support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various administrative, organizational, financial, operational, and project related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size.
  • Provide support to executives, more senior level Administrative Assistants, managers, employees, and office visitors by handling daily office tasks.
  • Organize meeting schedules, manages, and maintains conference rooms for executives and various office teams.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events such as offsites, team building events and organization wide meetings.
  • Provide professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Screen phone calls and electronic messaging and routes to the appropriate party.
  • Generate reports and presentations, sets up meetings, manages office space, writes and edits documents and manages filing systems.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Represent business unit in site wide/global initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other administrative and/or operational staff to exchange data and information that enables budget planning and expense control.

Qualifications

  • This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent education
  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, Vice Presidents, or equivalent leadership roles
  • Must reside in the Seattle, WA area and be able to work at client site in Redmond, WA as needed
  • Demonstrated success managing complex executive calendars, travel, and business operations in a corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience supporting customer-facing sales organizations and executive leadership teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating global meetings and stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Prioritized competing demands and executed with urgency and accuracy
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with sound business judgment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives within a headquarters-based technology company environment
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale customers or strategic technology partnerships
  • Familiarity with Microsoft corporate culture, executive engagement models, or large enterprise customer environments

Pay

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $91,750.00 - 129,530.00 USD (Hourly Role)
