Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer
About the role
MARS Solutions Group is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer for a Milwaukee, WI location. The client is a technology/financial services industry leader that values a traditional work week and often extends contracts for added job security and stability. The engineer will support and operationalize Microsoft Copilot across the M365 environment, enabling effective Copilot usage, integrating AI into business workflows, and ensuring secure, governed adoption.
Responsibilities
- Support Copilot across Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Configure and optimize Copilot Chat and prompt‑engineering practices.
- Leverage Microsoft Graph API for integrations and automation.
- Troubleshoot M365/Copilot issues and identify process improvements.
- Partner with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams.
- Develop documentation and best practices for Copilot adoption.
Required Skills
- Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat.
- Prompt engineering.
- Microsoft Graph API.
- Microsoft 365 enterprise support.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred: Copilot Studio, Microsoft Purview, API integration, and M365 architecture experience.
