Application Deadline: - This position is anticipated to close on Sep 30, 2026. About Actalent: (boilerplate about company, EEO, etc.) Should be removed. We need sections: About the role (maybe a summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have responsibilities list (the bullet points). We have essential skills and additional skills & qualifications (these could be Requirements/Qualifications/Skills). We have work environment (schedule). We have pay and benefits. We have job type & location (maybe not needed as separate heading). We have workplace type (onsite). We have application deadline (maybe not needed). We need to decide which sections to include. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay is specified: $30.00 - $30.00/hr (specific). So we can include Pay section with that amount. Schedule: Work hours Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with some weekend coverage. That's schedule. Benefits: list provided. Skills: we have essential skills and additional skills & qualifications. Could combine into Skills section. Requirements/Qualifications: maybe we can have Requirements (essential skills) and Qualifications (education/certification). But we must avoid thin sections. Could combine into one "Qualifications" section that includes education, experience, certification. Or we could have "Requirements" for experience and skills, and "Qualifications" for education/certification. But we need to ensure each has substantive content. Let's think: The posting includes "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". So we could have: - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (essential skills) - Qualifications (education, certification) - Skills (maybe combine essential and additional? Actually essential skills are skills; additional skills & qualifications includes education and certification. Might be better to have "Skills" for essential skills, and "Qualifications" for education/certification. Then we could have "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Also maybe "About the role" could be a brief summary from first paragraph? The first sentence: "Lead, coach, train, and supervise Microbiology and Biotechnology (BT) laboratory staff to ensure quality outcomes and professional development." plus maybe a couple more? But we need to avoid repeating job title. Could have an "About the role" paragraph summarizing the role. Could combine the first few bullets into prose? But we must preserve all substantive information; we cannot summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points. If we put them under Responsibilities, that's fine. Then we might not need About the role separate. But we could still include About the role as a short paragraph that is not duplicative? However we must not repeat content. If we put the same bullets under Responsibilities, we shouldn't also repeat them in About the role. So we could either omit About the role or write a brief summary that is not already covered. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we skip About the role and just have Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. But we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections have content. Let's extract content: Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points after "Responsibilities" heading). We'll put each as
  • . Requirements: Essential Skills bullet points. Qualifications: Additional Skills & Qualifications bullet points (education, certification). Could also include "Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology with 5+ years of relevant experience." and "Advanced degree in Microbiology with 2-3 years of relevant experience is also acceptable." and "Certification such as MLT or ASCP is desirable." Skills: maybe we could merge essential skills and additional skills? But we already used essential skills for Requirements. Additional skills & qualifications includes education and certification, which is more qualifications. So Skills could be something else? Actually we might not need a separate Skills section if we already have Requirements and Qualifications. But the instruction says to use headings like Skills if there is content. We could decide to not include Skills if we think it's redundant. However we have essential skills which are skills; we could put them under Skills. Then Requirements could be something else like "Experience" etc. But we have limited distinct categories. Better to follow typical job posting sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can assign: - About the role: a brief paragraph summarizing the role (maybe combine first sentence and supervisory responsibilities). But we must not repeat content elsewhere. If we put a summary, we need to ensure we don't duplicate the bullet points. Could write a short paragraph that captures the essence: "The Clinical Microbiology Supervisor leads, coaches, trains, and supervises Microbiology and Biotechnology laboratory staff, ensuring quality outcomes, managing testing methods, overseeing LIMS implementation, and maintaining technical expertise." This is not verbatim but derived; however we must not invent or summarize away detail. Summarizing is allowed? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should not summarize away detail; we should keep the details. So we should not create a summary that omits details. So About the role would be redundant if we just repeat the same details. Better to omit About the role. Thus we can have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections. But we also have Work Environment (schedule) and Workplace Type (onsite). Could include Schedule (work hours) and maybe Workplace Type under Schedule or separate? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So Schedule is a recognized heading. Workplace type (onsite) could be part of Schedule or maybe we could add a "Workplace" section but not in list; better to include under Schedule or maybe under Responsibilities? But schedule is about hours; workplace type is about onsite. Could include both under Schedule: mention hours and onsite. Alternatively, we could have a "Work Environment" section but not in the list; but instruction says use those headings as examples, not exclusive. It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. Workplace type could be considered part of Schedule or maybe we could add a "Workplace" heading but not required. I'd include Schedule with hours and note fully onsite. Now Benefits: we have list. Pay: we have $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:
