Job Summary

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Maintains Exchange owned machines and Micro markets daily.
• Inspects, replenishes products, and ensures adherence to product shelf-life for perishables.
• Greets and engages customers, providing sales assistance and suggesting additional items.
• Sets up and maintains prices, and ensures cleanliness and orderliness of micro markets.
• Communicates with supervisor regarding stock additions, deletions, and customer preferences.
• Responsible for resetting merchandise and setting up new machines.
• Collects money from vending machines and micro market kiosks, and records data.
• Performs inventory control and collects turn-in money bags.
• Operates motor vehicle for deliveries and maintenance.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license or Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Knowledge and skills necessary to operate a motor vehicle safely.
• Pass appropriate background checks for the specific area of responsibility.
• Pass the GSA defensive driving course.

Qualifications

• One year of progressive responsible clerical office or retail sales work.
• Half-year of academic study above the high school level may substitute for general experience.
• One year of progressively responsible experience in retail, vending store operations, and warehouse.

Skills

Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to operate a motor vehicle safely.
