Marketing Associate - Full Time

Schedule

Full‑time: Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with one Saturday per month required.

Responsibilities

• Answers a multi‑line telephone and voicemail system.
• Greets customers upon arrival and assists as needed.
• Supports the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing team with general clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, collating, organizing, creating brochures, mailing newsletters, etc.
• Prepares and processes incoming and outgoing mail.
• Creates Excel spreadsheets and other reports as necessary.
• Ensures inventory for brochures, collateral, and other essential supplies is always available and up‑to‑date.
• Organizes detailed records of current and future depositors, assists in processing sale paperwork, updates the database, and creates files.
• Performs additional work duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years receptionist and/or administrative support experience; sales environment experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to facilitate small‑group presentations.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a distracting environment.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and leads management system; ability to learn new applications.
