The Micro-Finance Professional and/or Community Developer will join a holistic church planting team among the Fulbe of Cameroon.
Responsibilities
- Train in entrepreneurship and/or community development
- A solid commitment to the spiritual disciplines (i.e., Bible reading, prayer, etc.)
- Become proficient in the local language and learn about the local culture
- Analyze the economic system in which the people live
- Brainstorm ideas for economic stimulation with the people
- Launch projects designed to raise monetary support for individuals and communities
- Introduce biblical truths to counter fatalistic beliefs
