Micro Associate, Quality Control, Cell Therapy

About the role

This Quality Control Micro Associate role supports product release and in-process testing through GMP microbiological testing, technical troubleshooting, and environmental monitoring. The position is part of a purpose-driven organization focused on discovering, developing, and delivering medicines that transform patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Perform GMP lot release and in-process testing for analytical and/or microbiological methods using electronic instruments and computer systems.
• Conduct quality control and environmental monitoring of environmental and microbiological testing, including sample collection, incubation, transfer, and data entry.
• Support document revisions, projects, CAPA and deviation/investigation tasks, and departmental continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in implementing new assay methodologies and associated instruments.
• Complete ad hoc tasks and sample management duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2+ years of regulated industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

Bothell, WA, USA: $35.29 – $42.77 per hour (full-time). Eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. Final compensation is determined considering role requirements, skills, location, schedule, and individual experience, guided by pay equity principles.
