Role Overview

The Michigan/Ohio Market Manager oversees a portfolio of seven SEE Eyewear retail locations throughout the Michigan and Ohio market. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, developing Store Managers, building high-performing teams, and ensuring every location consistently delivers the SEE brand experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of multi-unit retail leadership experience required
  • Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and leading Store Managers
  • Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of retail KPIs, labor management, and financial performance
  • Demonstrated success developing teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Must reside within the Michigan market and be able to travel regularly between locations
  • Weekend availability is required

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with payroll, scheduling, and workforce management tools
