Role Overview
The Michigan/Ohio Market Manager oversees a portfolio of seven SEE Eyewear retail locations throughout the Michigan and Ohio market. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, developing Store Managers, building high-performing teams, and ensuring every location consistently delivers the SEE brand experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of multi-unit retail leadership experience required
- Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and leading Store Managers
- Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of retail KPIs, labor management, and financial performance
- Demonstrated success developing teams and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Must reside within the Michigan market and be able to travel regularly between locations
- Weekend availability is required
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with payroll, scheduling, and workforce management tools
