Michigan-Licensed Litigation Attorneys (Remote/Flexible)
Responsibilities
- Conducting document discovery and evidence management.
- Researching and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
- Holding depositions, attending status conferences, and arguing motions.
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver top-tier legal services.
Requirements
- 2-8+ years of proven litigation experience, including court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.
- Active Michigan bar membership in good standing.
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- A client-service-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and independent environment.
- Exceptional professional references.

Pay
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $160,000 to $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).

Pay
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $160,000 to $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis.
