MGR - OUTPATIENT SERVICES (LSCW or LPC required)

About the role

The Manager of Outpatient Services at Highlands Behavioral Health System assists the Director in completing designated operational tasks and oversees all adolescent programs and practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the step-down program on the adolescent units and meets with appropriate candidates for adolescent IOP/PHP to facilitate care coordination; conducting evaluations for new patients, assisting therapists with documentation.
• Provides direct support to adolescent programs and practitioners, patients and families.
• Covers IOP's when therapists are on PTO or call in sick.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Marriage & Family Therapy required.
• 2 years of providing direct behavioral health care required.
• Experience with high acuity mental health populations preferred.
• Experience facilitating therapy and psychoeducational groups preferred.
• Experience providing clinical supervision preferred.
• LCSW or LPC required.
